
... I am not mechanically inclined, but was able to put this product together fairly easily by myself even though at times the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been. The little feet go in a certain direction to fit securely on the floor. It is a bit of a struggle to place the body of the piece up on the handle section by yourself and you have to pry the sides some to get the handles to slip into the slots. Had to work with the strap a little to get it looped correctly. Once assembled I had to make the length of the bed about 4 inches longer then my height to keep my head from going back too fast. I like the foot clasps. They feel secure and comfortable and easy to lock and unlock. The back rest was uncomfortable for me, but that may be because I have a lot of damage in my
spine. I just purchased this item and I'm hoping it will help stretch my spine and provide some relief for my sciatica pain. You do have to go very slow to begin with to prevent dizziness. I have not yet inverted completely and plan to first see if partial inversion will give me the stretch that I want. Overall I think this is a great quality product and I give it five stars. ...
