... I just started working out with my KB about a month a go or so. So far I like it, there are so many things I can do with it and I am feeling my muscles in a very different way from working out with barbells.
I could not believe how much my hearth rate went up the fisrt time I did the swings! Pavel describes the KB training as "Cardio without the emberresement of aerobics", he is right.
I would definatly recoment this type of exercise not just for men but for the ladies also, I didn't think many woman trained this way but just do a search on line and you will see that is not true.

... "Formidable," yes, but not impossible. The 2.0 is EXPONENTIALLY more difficult than even the 1.5, so approach this puppy with respect.

After working the 1.0, then the 1.5 for about 6 months, I felt I was ready for the 2.0. Almost, but not quite! I can 10-rep the 1.5 with no trouble, but can get the 2.0 to within only 1/2 an inch of closure, and that's with my dominant hand. (I've only had it 2 days). Back to the 1.5 drawing board for a while longer, but I'm confident it'll come.

Regardless, the CoC grippers have seriously increased my grip strength for weight training. I chuckle, now, when I see guys who can bench twice what I can wrapping straps around their wrists to do barbell shrugs at 250, or dumbbell shrugs with 90's. If they only knew!

... I am extremely pleased with this product. I recently broke my shoulder in a bicycling accident and have been recouperating and rebuilding for about a year and a half. Once I was able to start lifting heavier weights I was inflaming the muscles and tissue in my shoulder. The most severe was when I was doing straight bar and dumbell curls. With the use of this device I was able to maintain proper form all the way through the motion and have been able to increase the weight amount to levels above pre shoulder injury. This is a great tool and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to increase size and reduce your chance of injury doing it.
