Lots of exercises, using your own body weight, which means it doesn't take up a lot of room and is very easy to pack away, when you need to use the space for something else. As far as home gym equipment goes, it is pretty good quality. This is the lower end model, so it's not as "tough" as the more expensive units, but it's a bargain at around $200! ...
