... I paid about $120 for this system and it consists of 2 short workouts and an instructional dvd - NOT 3 workouts! There is the 10 min instructional, a 30 minute cardio and a 40 min sculpting. I think they charge WAY too much for this system! The workouts aren't even that awesome. Get the Cardio Weights system from The Firm - it's less costly and a much better workout - it has 4 workouts - some are almost an hour and none are only 10 minutes! ...
