We bought the Ab Rocket thinking it would be a great trainer for our cottage - lightweight, folds flat, etc. Yes, it is all those things. The problem is that we are both over 5'7" and our head far extends over the top roller. We thought we would still use and just hold our head straight.
Result is I have cramping and pain in my right rib area and am having trouble sleeping. My husband is totally fit now has discomfort up the center of his back. We watched the video several time's and are fully confident we were using correctly.
Don't buy this product - it's not worth the resulting pain and discomfort.
