The Teeter has been great for my back and neck. My husband and I use it regularly. Definitely read all instructions before trying it the first time - very important to have the height setting correct and to have your ankles locked in properly. The Teeter arrived within the week that I bought it and was fairly easy to assemble. It was worth the cost!
