Power 90 In-Home Boot Camp


I purchased P90 almost 1 month ago and after 2 weeks of using the exericse band that was provided for the circuit segment - sustained a self-diagnosed repetitive motion shoulder injury. I've been working out for 20 years and am confident in my form and ability so it was kind of a surprise when this happened. I switched to free weights thinking that the band was too much but it was a little late. Now I'm just doing the cardio segments. The one thing that I have been disappointed in is that there isn't any difference between the moves in level 1-2 and level 3-4 - they're just faster in level 3-4. I'm concerned that I'm working the exact same muscles EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. I'm determined to get results so I'm not going to quit but just wanted to make other people aware.
