The FIRM 5-Pound Kettle Bell Kit with Transfirm Your Trouble Zones DVD


This is a good workout. Kelsie delivers once again. I even love the music on this one. I found it motivating. Kelsie of course has you burning out your legs (which is a good thing) as well as burning tons of calorie with high energy cardio. I really liked this tape. The kettle-ball is different for me. While I find it effective for most moves, it is not very user-friendly as it feels awkward at times. I will say the "turkish get-up" is my fave. Once you master it, you feels its effectiveness.
