The chin-up bar is perfect. You screw in the placeholders into the door frame, then tighten the bar to fit within the frame and it works great! I'm about 150 lbs. so it works really well for me, but I'd be cautious for a heavier person. But not an anti-recommendation for a heavier person, just be weary. But great bar overall, everything is adjustable and all you want in a pull up bar! Get it!
